Buyer pays
The buyer accepts the seller’s offer and pays through Surbuy. The payment is held securely while delivery is arranged.

The seller is responsible for delivery, whether they deliver the item themselves or arrange their own representative or courier.

Confirm the handoff
After checking the item, the buyer shares the one-time six-character code. The seller enters it in Surbuy to confirm delivery.
Keep your transaction in Surbuy
Do not share the delivery code until you have received and checked the product. The code is single-use and temporarily locks after five incorrect attempts. Report delivery or product issues through support.
