We collect information needed to operate marketplace accounts and transactions, including account and profile details, device information, location when enabled, in-app messages, and seller-submitted delivery information.
2. How we use information
We use information to manage accounts, help buyers discover listings, support in-app transactions, confirm delivery, respond to support requests and protect the community from abuse.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information to advertisers. Information may be shared with service providers who help operate Surbuy, when required by law, or when needed to investigate fraud and protect users.
4. Account deletion
You can request deletion of your Surbuy account. Some transaction records may be retained where required for financial, legal or dispute purposes.
