Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Surbuy account from the app or by contacting support.
Before you request deletion
Resolve active orders or disputes first. Transaction records may be retained when required for financial, legal or dispute purposes.
Request account deletion
- In the Surbuy app, open Settings and choose Delete Account.
- Or email surbuy@innofrik.com from the email address associated with your profile.
- Support may contact you to verify the request before processing it.
